Full Description

Bawd Hall is situated in the Newlands valley in the heart of the North-West Lake District, inside the National Park 750ft up on the fell-side above the delightful Keskadale beck, with views of Catbells, Maiden Moor, High Spy, Hindscarth, Robinson and the Buttermere fells.
Although the location is secluded, and the adjacent road is very quiet, yet it provides easy access to the Lakeland fells and mountains, as well as major towns.
With local walks and cycle routes straight from the door, Bawd Hall is an excellent base for a walking or cycling holiday near Keswick. Or if you’re looking for a more relaxing escape, Bawd Hall’s excellent views and luxury accommodation make for the perfect escape to the country.
With nearby child-friendly attractions such as The Lake District Wildlife Park, Bawd Hall is ideally situated for a holiday with the kids. And with two twin rooms and three double bedrooms, Bawd Hall can comfortably accommodate large groups with children. We can also supply a travel cot and high chair if required.
